– Worst phase so far in terms of design
– Lightning Chasers will probably be the best option
– Sculptor as a Fisher’s Intuition fish is ‘interesting’ but it is not worth enough points to be worth fishing for
– Would prefer Sweatfish as the optimal choice but I don’t think it is going to be
– Little Thalaos is likely Lighting Chaser but worse, in terms of points. Better for scrips.
More RNG than the first phase with far more volatility. ‘Bad’ feeling is exacerbated by having the preceding phase be relatively deterministic.
I was planning on tryharding the entire time but don’t think I will, or at least will not put as much time into it as I could.
pts/lockout is difficult to determine as it’s been volatile. Based on a day of catches it appears that a mediocre Mantas score is possible, while with poor luck sub-30k is the result. Anticipate the average is around 35k.
In an ideal scenario much more than mantas is possible but that enters the realm of absurdity just based on the individual point-value of these fish, and clearly the bite rate is not high enough to even consider it to be something actually probable.
