Cetaceous Speed & Gullstorm

I thought 魚をくれてありがとうfrom the Japanese text for the dolphin achievement might be an indicator to use Release? And Chum for seagull, if such triggers exist at all.
Today I spammed Chum on seagull scout, and Release on dolphin scout. If true, it is not 100% to trigger.

If there are triggers that is a bit obtuse, even for FSH. But it’s too soon to say definitively on it either way though I personally am very skeptical.

I do believe there’s no scouts during spectral current.

Yesterday’s results before tracking this:

7 boat totals (21 zones):
Nothing - 10/21
Dolphin Scout (Fail) - 5/21
Dolphin Buff - 3/21
Seagull Scout (Fail) - 7/21
Seagull Buff - 1/21

In total 30% HQ from Gullstorm, all not during the spectral current.

Cetaceous Speed’s +GP regen is added to the inherent regen making it +17 GP/tick. This is very strong, though the unreliableness of it further rewards good reactive gameplay.
