Prize Catch & Custom Delivery Fish

Prize Catch doesn’t always result in tier 3 collectables [for custom delivery fish at least], even at stats far beyond what should be required.

At 2217 perception:

prize catch sub tier 3 catches on fragrant sweetfish

The minimum for tier 3 for this fish is 160.
3/9 were below 160: 159, 158, 159

The furthest I’ve gotten (and seen documented by others) below the minimum needed for tier 3 is 2 (0.2im).

With the collectable update in EW I believed that Patience II would yield max tier collectables if at or above the soft breakpoint. So far this has been the case.
Prize Catch has also worked this say so far in all of my scrip fish testing, but on custom delivery fish has functioned like so.

That the lowest it’s been found to provide is 0.2im below maximum is quite interesting.
