Sunfish Fishing Log Error

The Fishing Log provides Sunfish with the ‘Weather Restrictions: Yes’ flag:

And the Survival Manual States that it is the Sunny & Cloudy (曇晴) weather grouping:

which would make it available in only Clear Skies/Fair Skies/Cloud /Fog.

Western La Noscea has Clear Skies, Fair Skies, Clouds, Fog, Wind and Gales.
Sunfish has been caught in all six of these weathers and in all 36 possible weather transitions in Western La Noscea. This was able to be done relatively quickly thanks to multiple members of the Fisherman’s Horizon.

I’ve submitted a bug report showing proof of a catch in every weather and got a reply so shall see, perhaps.
